Incorporated in 2001, Clearight (Pty) Ltd. was the brainchild of various stakeholders in the industry who identified a niche in the customs clearing and forwarding sector. The industry required freight companies to gear up to higher volumes and ever more complex legislation and procedural variations. The only solution to this would be the design and deployment of task-specific software to drive the processes: thus Advanced Customs Solutions was established.
Such software options would indeed be “solutions” since they solved the problems of mission-critical accuracy and the need for complete record-keeping. Advanced Customs Solutions developed the first Microsoft Windows-based Cargo Clearing software solution in the South African market, and we have been at the head of the pack in taking advantage of modern technology to deliver a robust and high-performance software product. At every step of the way, we have worked hand-in-hand with our clients and statutory bodies to ensure that our clients benefit from complete regulatory and legal compliance at all times.
Headquarted close to Oliver Tambo airport - the heart of Gauteng's transport hub, we have points-of-presence in Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and East London. Advanced Customs Solutions is perfectly positioned to service your needs wherever in the country you may be located.
International Trade is the lifeblood of modern economies, and our mission is to make the process as simple as possible in order for your business to do what it does best - move cargo and generate wealth!
We are passionate about quality and excellent service and support. We create software, but freight forwarders create international communities that transcend nations and borders. We are there to help you achive your goals every step of the way. Twenty four seven, three sixty five.
